Only Scottish salmon at YO! Sushi

YO!’s recently announced decision to source their salmon exclusively from Scotland for all their 78 UK restaurants is a welcome endorsement of the country’s top food export.

Mike Lewis, executive chef at YO!, said: “Scottish salmon has always been YO!’s preferred source and quality of salmon. …. we are now able to serve the best possible quality of salmon to our guests.”
